Child Safety Standards

1. Our Commitment

CrosPath maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse and exploitation ("CSAE"), including any child sexual abuse material ("CSAM"). We strictly prohibit the creation, upload, storage, sharing, or solicitation of such content or conduct on our service.

These standards comply with the Google Play Child Safety Standards Policy and apply to all CrosPath users and content across every platform.

2. Adults-Only App (18+)

CrosPath is intended exclusively for users aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. During registration, users must confirm their date of birth, and our identity verification process (selfie + government-issued ID) confirms the age of verified accounts.

If we learn that an account belongs to someone under 18, that account is immediately suspended and removed.

3. Prohibited Conduct

The following are strictly prohibited:

• Any child sexual abuse material (CSAM), real or computer-generated.
• Solicitation, grooming, or any endangerment of a minor.
• Sexualization of minors in any form.
• Sharing links, contacts, or resources that facilitate child exploitation.
• Impersonating a minor or creating accounts on behalf of minors.

4. How to Report

We provide multiple ways to report child-safety content or behavior:

• In-app: every profile, message, activity, and feed item has a "Report" option accessible through the (⋯) menu. Select the "Child safety / illegal content" reason.
• Blocking: you can immediately block any user to stop all contact.
• By email: contact us at legal@crospath.app with the subject "Child Safety".

Reports relating to child safety are handled with the highest priority.

5. How We Respond

Upon receiving a credible child-safety report, we:

• Review the report promptly.
• Remove the offending content and suspend or delete the accounts involved.
• Preserve relevant evidence in accordance with applicable law.
• Report child sexual abuse material to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and/or the relevant national authorities, as required by law.

6. Legal Compliance

CrosPath complies with all applicable child-safety laws in the jurisdictions where the service is available and cooperates with regional and national authorities. We make mandatory reports to the relevant authorities where required by law.
