CrossPath facilitates connections between travelers but is not responsible for:
- The conduct of users during meetups
- The accuracy of activity descriptions
- Any disputes between users
- Personal injury or property damage
Always use common sense and take appropriate safety precautions when meeting new people.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by CrossPath and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
7. User Content
You retain rights to content you post. By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content in connection with the Service.
8. Limitation of Liability
CrossPath shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.
9. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time.
